Situation |
| |
The site is situated amid the pine trees of the renowned "Landes"
forest and 3 Km away from the tranquil village of Lesperon with
its fine restaurants and ancient church. The Atlantic surfing
beaches are only a 15 minute drive away. The Historic city of
Bayonne, the thermal spa Dax, the vineyards of Bordeaux, Biarritz
and Spain are all in easy reach for a day's outing. |

Sanitary Block |

Parc de Couchoy prides itself on its sanitary block which is
one of the reasons that the site has been rated one of the top
sites in the "Landes" by the Michelin
Guide for many years. |

The Bar and amenities |
| |
The bar is the central information point of the camping.
Here you may partake of the beverage of your choice, order your
fresh bread and eggs, buy the kids an ice-cream, or simply sit
on the terrace and watch the day go by. There is a small paddling
pool for todlers and a big one for larger people. The slide
and swings are located behind the bar. For those wanting a more
strenuous activity there is a volleyball net. A "Petanque"
area and table tennis tables are also available.
